This volume starts from Ameer Mauviya, the first Umaiyyad Caliph, explains causes of Dawnfall of Umayyad Dynasty in full length and ends with “The Review of the Umayyad Dynasty”, presents a complete assessment of the achievements and shortcomings of the Umayyads.
Volume III
In this volume the author explains how the caliphate passed on into the hands of Abbaside Dynasty from Umayyads, devastation of Islamic countries by the awful Mangols, beginning of the new period of Ghazan.
Khan and the Great Iikhan and their reforms. This volume ends at the Abbaside Caliphate during the period of Ascention.
